Single & Multiple Dental Implants

One Appointment, Zero Smile Gaps

3,000+ Happy Smiles Reclaimed Here

Whether you have one missing tooth or many, the results are the same: Loss of normal dental function, health, and even self-esteem. Dental implants make it possible to fully recover from tooth loss in a way that can positively impact many aspects of your life.

What’s more, with immediate dental implants, you can see that change after one surgical appointment. A finished dental implant is permanent and can be made to look natural and attractive from all angles. There’s very little visual distinction between an implant and a natural tooth. Dental implants will improve the longevity of your other remaining teeth, as well. They’re the path back to a normal, comfortable life.

With more than 3,000+ placements to date, the Texas Center for Oral Surgery and Dental Implants is the premier practice for multiple implants or just a single dental implant in Flower Mound, Frisco and Denton, TX.

Our in-house lab is fully digital and one of the only in Texas that can deliver a brand new smile in the same day. Our oral and maxillofacial surgeons completed six years of advanced training after dental school that included hospital-based surgical residencies and earning medical degrees. In fact, Dr. Vickers, Dr. Anver and Dr. Loh are three of the only dual-degreed (DDS and MD) oral surgeons in Denton and Collin counties. Dental implants were a core part of their 6 years of training after dental school.

However, our surgeons didn’t stop there; all three became board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. They are also licensed to administer IV sedation. Dental implants can transform your life. Why trust your transformation to anyone but the most highly qualified doctors?

Personalized Consultation and Planning

Wondering if you’re a candidate for dental implants? Most of our patients are. We can determine your eligibility during a personalized consultation here in our office. This includes a discussion of your smile goals, a comprehensive dental examination, and imaging. We capture detailed 3D images of the proposed treatment area using our low-radiation cone beam CT (CBCT) scanner. This enables us to determine the full extent of your surgical needs and plan out precise treatment.

In the same day as your consultation after reviewing your records and completing your digital scans, we can begin the process of your same-day implant solution. We will also provide any necessary tooth extractions at this time. We will take measures to ensure your jawbone is strong enough to support implants. Our oral maxillofacial surgeons have the training and experience necessary for the treatment of patients with severe bone loss – whether that be from periodontal disease, systemic medical conditions, trauma, etc. As one of the top-rated oral surgery practices in the Dallas Fort Worth area, we at Texas Center for Oral Surgery & Dental Implants routinely treat complex dental implant patients on a weekly basis. If you’ve suffered bone loss—a common complication of tooth loss—we’ll rebuild and reinforce your jawbone through bone grafting.

With preparatory treatments out of the way, we will complete the surgery here in our office using local anesthetic or IV sedation. We only use high-quality and trusted implant systems such as Straumann®. We surgically insert the titanium posts of the implants into your jawbone and place your 3D printed temporary restoration to have you leave the office same day with a completed smile! No separate appointment or visit to a different practice is needed!

Your Final Restoration

Your Final Restoration

During the healing process (about 4-6 months), your dental implants will heal and fuse to your natural jawbone. You can enjoy all the functional benefits of your dental implants during this time, however. We’ll make sure your implants are healing properly during this phase of your treatment. Once healed, you will come back to see us for a final impression of your healed jaw. Our in-house lab technician is able to make final adjustments that perfectly match the color of adjacent teeth and fit of your healed implant. This crown or bridge will be strong enough to withstand the force of eating long-term and will look completely natural alongside your existing teeth. With these in place, you can resume a normal life with a full set of healthy, attractive teeth!
